LPL Financial has named Liz Wertz, Certified Financial Planner®, Vice President of Elements Wealth Management, and LPL Financial Advisor as a 2024 Rising Star. This achievement recognizes emerging female financial advisors and program managers who demonstrate top-tier leadership and rapid growth in their practices, programs, or institutions. Wertz is one of only 20 recipients nationally to receive this honor.
From December 4-6, 2024, Liz attended Achieve, LPL’s annual Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. Both the Rising Star program and the Achieve Forum are integral to fostering the growth of the next generation of women leaders in finance. At the event, attendees had the opportunity to connect with other female financial advisors, build community, and share strategies for business growth. The forum also featured keynote speakers from various financial practices.
This event was a powerful testament to the remarkable talent, resilience, and potential of women in finance.
In her role with Elements Wealth Management, Wertz collaborates with her clients and the Elements branches and employees to provide financial advising to credit union members. She also serves on the Elements Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Council. Prior to Elements, Liz spent time with another financial institution before transitioning into a variety of non-profit roles at organizations across Central Indiana. After realizing how closely non-profits and credit unions align, she returned to finance in 2021 and joined the Elements Wealth Management team.
